As the weeks progress and I get further into the program my feelings of being overwhelmed (by newness, information, artists, ideas, criticism) intensify. However, there a these moments, mini break throughs if you will, that allow light to penetrate and a sense of understanding that induces encouragement. Be Stijl and let it come to you. 

These studies are serving as an experiment and I aim to create them at a larger scale in a sculptural environment. Why? (secretly, because I want to) but more appropriately in order to take the next step in my graduate studies, exploring a new medium, and to learn more about my work and what I’m trying to say. #process
